The Veteran Student Services Center utilizes donations and gifts to better serve and support our Veteran and Military-connected students.

In addition to monetary donations, the Career Closet is also always accepting donations of "like-new" professional clothing and accessories in current styles.

We appreciate your support.

Support Those Who Have Served—Make a Lasting Impact Today

Since 2008, Idaho State University’s Veteran Student Services Center has been a trusted hub for veterans, service members, and their families. What began as the Veterans Sanctuary is now a vibrant space where Veteran and military-connected students and the community can connect, study, and thrive.

The Center offers academic and counseling support, Veteran Student Advocates, a Computer Resource Center, and on-site VA benefits assistance through Bannock County Veterans Services—all in one welcoming place.

Thank you for standing with those who have served and for investing in their future.

Meet Hero—Our Four-Legged Support Specialist 🐾

Hero is the facility and emotional support dog at the Veteran Student Services Center. Her work is to provide comfort, calm, and plenty of tail wags to veterans and the ISU campus community. Unlike a service dog assigned to one person, Hero supports everyone—especially students who could use a little extra encouragement.

Hero’s care is funded entirely through donations.  Click here to donate to the Hero Project and help keep Hero happy, healthy, and ready for duty.
