REQUEST A UCC PROPOSAL FORM
UCC's catalog cycle is in the last stages of processing and approving proposals for the 2026-27 catalog. No new proposal requests will be accepted until the next catalog cycle begins in mid-February 2026 for the 2027-28 catalog. f you have a critical catalog change that MUST be included in the 2026-27 catalog, please contact Cindy Hill in Academic Affairs with your request so she can review and convey the need for an emergency proposal to UCC leadership as necessary.

Please allow a few business days for your customized proposal form to be created.
Proposal request forms submitted online are sent to the Registrar's Office where your proposal form is manually created in Google Docs and sent to you to complete. Your request will add the proposal to the 2025-26 Proposal Request Tracking spreadsheet linked below, which is subsequently updated manually as the proposals make their way through the creation, review, approval, and implementation process.
Do NOT use DocuSign for UCC Proposals! Chair and Dean signatures are NOT the final steps in review and approval, and we have to be able to make subsequent changes to the proposal form to fix errors and add approval information and editorial notes to the proposal as part of the implementation process.
