Vehicle Reservations

• Reserve at least 48 business hours in advance. Late requests cannot be filled.

• By reserving a vehicle, operators acknowledge and agree to follow the University’s Vehicle Use Policy.

• Vehicles must be used according to type:

  • Sedans/Minivans: Paved roads only (limited gravel okay)

  • Trucks/Suburbans: Responsible off-road use, 4WD equipped

  • 12-Passenger Vans: Long trips, occasional maintained gravel roads

• Drivers are responsible for occupant and vehicle safety. Poor driving may result in suspension of privileges or charges.
