Correspondence Exam Proctoring Policies

Student Scheduling: Students must schedule exams through Correspondence Exams at least 48 hours in advance. Space is limited, and we cannot accommodate additional students once the center is full.

Proctoring Limitations: We do not offer off-site or in-class proctoring. No webcams are available on our computers.

No Remote Proctoring Support: We do not support remote proctoring platforms such as Honorlock, ProctorFree, ProctorU, or Blackboard proctoring.

Test Availability: To avoid scheduling conflicts, please make your exam available for multiple days.

Scheduling Restrictions: Exams must be scheduled Monday–Friday only. We are closed on federal holidays and university breaks. See the ISU Academic Calendar for details.

Submission Requirements: At least a week prior, submit all testing materials with specified dates/times in order for students to schedule their exam time.

Completed Exams: If your exam is delivered as a paper exam, the Testing Center will scan and upload the exam to Box and will provide you a link to retrieve the files.

Submit Your Exam to the Testing Center

After completing the Proctoring Agreement Form, upload the final version of each exam (only for paper exams) via the Correspondence Exam Submission portal below to Box. Once received, we will confirm arrangements or notify you if we’re unable to proctor due to unmet requirements or existing remote proctoring settings.

For instructor use only. Completed exams will not be accepted.
