Proctoring for ISU Course Exams

Information for Students

This service is only available for online classes.

  • There is no charge to take exams for online ISU classes.
  • Schedule your exam at least 48 hours in advance. No same day scheduling. You must also know the length of the test in order to schedule.
  • You will need to choose an appointment time that is the same as the amount of time given for your test. (For example, if your professor says you have 75 minutes to test, you must choose a 75 minute time block.) If you choose an appointment time that is shorter than the time allowed, your appointment request will be rejected.
  • Scheduling is based on a first come first serve scheduling system. If you try to schedule an appointment and our schedule is full for the day/time you want, you will be required to schedule on a different day/time.
  • Before a test can be scheduled, the course instructor must provide the Testing Center with information about the exam, found in the Instructor Information section below.
  • Valid ID is required to test. Current Bengal Card is considered valid for ISU students taking ISU class tests. Current, government issued, photo ID with a signature is required for all other candidates.
  • ISU students with a General or Reserved Parking Permit can park in lot G13, next to the practice field, or in the Free Lot (east side of lot G14) on the north side of the ICCU Dome.

Information for Instructors

Before a test can be scheduled, the course instructor must provide the Testing Center exam specific information by completing the Proctor Agreement Form

Submit Your Exam to the Testing Center

After completing the Proctor Agreement Form, upload your class roster and the final version of each exam via the ISU Exam Submission Portal to Box. Once received, we will confirm arrangements or notify you if we’re unable to proctor due to unmet requirements or existing remote proctoring settings.
