Weight Machines
Hoist Roc-It Selectorized (main floor) and Precor machines (upstairs)

 

Functional Fitness Room
Located in converted racquetball courts, this is a cross-discipline training area with power lifting platforms, TRX station, and elements for high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, and Strongman lifts.
