EV Charging Stations

Charge while you study, work, or visit campus.

  • Where: See charger locations on the Campus Map (look for the EV icon)
  • Who can use them: Visitors, students, and employees
  • Charging etiquette:
    • Move your vehicle when you're done so others can charge.
    • Park only in EV spaces while actively charging.
    • Follow any posted time limits or payment instructions at the station.

Choose Greener Ways to Get Around

  • Walk & bike between nearby classes and offices - bike racks are available across campus.
  • Carpool or rideshare when you can to reduce traffic and save on fuel.
  • Utilize the Bengal Shuttle (H-Route) to get around campus for free.
  • Use transit where available for off-campus trips. Visit the Pocatello Regional Transit page for more information.

Questions?

    • Yes, the EV chargers do require payment. There is a charge for both the electricity and the parking fee. Rates are available on the AmpUp app.
  • Can I leave my car all day?
    • EV spaces are for active charging; move when finished to avoid citations.
  • What if a charger is not working?
    • Note the station location/number and contact Parking & Transportation at 208-282-2625.
  • How much does the PRT bus cost?
