- Who can use them: Visitors, students, and employees
- Charging etiquette:
- Move your vehicle when you're done so others can charge.
- Park only in EV spaces while actively charging.
- Follow any posted time limits or payment instructions at the station.
Choose Greener Ways to Get Around
- Walk & bike between nearby classes and offices - bike racks are available across campus.
- Carpool or rideshare when you can to reduce traffic and save on fuel.
- Utilize the Bengal Shuttle (H-Route) to get around campus for free.

Questions?
- Do I have to pay to use the EV chargers?
- Yes, the EV chargers do require payment. There is a charge for both the electricity and the parking fee. Rates are available on the AmpUp app.
- Can I leave my car all day?
- EV spaces are for active charging; move when finished to avoid citations.
- What if a charger is not working?
- Note the station location/number and contact Parking & Transportation at 208-282-2625.
- How much does the PRT bus cost?
- Stops within the ISU campus are considered a Free Fare Zone. Regular fare apples for services/stops beyond this zone (e.g. Bengal Creek). Visit the PRT website for further price information.
