Faculty and Staff Invited to Support Idaho HOSA – Future Health Professionals State Leadership Conference
October 30, 2025
Idaho HOSA – Future Health Professionals has announced that after three wonderful years hosted by Idaho State University in Pocatello, the 2026 State Leadership Conference will return to Boise, Idaho, March 11–13, with support from colleges and universities across the state.
HOSA is an international student organization dedicated to empowering future
health care professionals. It provides students interested in health sciences with opportunities to develop leadership skills, compete in professional events, and explore a variety of health care careers.
This year’s conference will bring together more than 1,000 students from across Idaho to participate in competitive events spanning five main categories: health science, health professions, emergency preparedness, leadership, and teamwork.
Faculty and staff from Idaho’s higher education institutions play an essential role in the success of this event—helping organize, host workshops and simulations, and serve as judges. HOSA is excited to continue its partnership with Idaho State University, whose faculty, staff, and students can contribute in several key ways:
- Workshops and Breakout Sessions: Present information about ISU’s health
science programs, showcase simulation labs, or highlight emerging health care topics.
- Judging Competitive Events: Share professional expertise by evaluating student projects and providing meaningful feedback.
- College and Career Expo: Promote ISU programs through informational booths and direct student engagement.
We invite you to join us in making this year’s conference a high-quality, impactful experience for Idaho’s future health care leaders. For more information about workshops, partnership opportunities, or judging roles, please contact:
