The BSUB 202A Conference Room offers a comfortable, professional setting for meetings, planning sessions, and small group gatherings. With seating for up to eight guests and basic technology available, the room provides a convenient space for collaboration, discussion, and presentations. Rooms can be scheduled outside of normal operational hours, but additional charges may apply. All rates are daily rates. Discounted rates only apply to room rates during normal operational hours M-F. Weekends and all times outside of normal operating hours are billed at the community rate. A 501(c)(3) is required to receive the discounted rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.

We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible so we can plan ahead with you. Community (external) reservations are accepted once academic classes have been finalized for the requested semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer). University (internal) requests may be submitted earlier, with final confirmation provided after the academic schedule is set.
