Bengal Management Essentials
Are you a Manager, Supervisor, Dean, Chair, or someone who leads others at Idaho State University? Whether you’re new to your role or looking to strengthen your leadership toolkit, Bengal Management Essentials is designed to support your growth, confidence, and success as a leader at ISU.
This interactive series brings together subject matter experts from across campus each week to dive into the responsibilities and challenges that come with leading people and processes. You’ll gain practical skills, knowledge, and valuable resources to help you lead effectively in your ISU role.
Topics include (but are not limited to):
- Understand federal and state laws and ISU policies
- Navigating Hard Conversations
- Understanding HR Processes
- Tools and Strategies for Effective Supervision

Bengal Management Essentials will be held via Zoom each Tuesday starting September 09, 2025, with a graduation luncheon held on December 02, 2025. A session will not be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
