New Bengal Experience

Welcome New Bengal to Idaho State University!

Idaho State University is thrilled to welcome our newest Bengals to campus! As you begin your journey with us, we’re here to ensure you feel informed, connected, and supported every step of the way.

To help you get started, we offer monthly orientation sessions for our new benefited faculty and staff. Whether you're based in Pocatello or one of our other locations, you can join us through flexible distance learning options designed to fit your schedule. We also host an in-person New Bengal Experience at our Meridian campus once each semester.

New Bengal Experience is a fantastic opportunity to engage with colleagues, explore campus resources, and dive into the Bengal spirit. In this session, we’ll explore ISU’s mission, vision, values, and rich history. You’ll gain insight into our unique culture and discover the vital role you play in supporting the success of our students. Together, we’re shaping the future — one Bengal at a time.
