Master's Program Policies
ISU’s MS in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship program offers Credit for Prior Learning in Foodservice Management for interns with substantial professional experience. Eligible interns may receive partial or full credit for the foodservice management rotation by demonstrating prior competency in key management areas. This policy supports experienced professionals in progressing efficiently through the program while maintaining competency standards.
