Japan Club
We propose to promote the understanding of the Japanese language, Japanese culture and to
foster intercultural understanding ,and exchange by exposing students and faculty of Idaho State University, as well as members of the local community, to elements of Japanese culture through educational and cultural activities.
We will strive to create an informal atmosphere for students with similar interests in Japanese
language and culture to come together and enjoy activities such as, but not limited to: film
screenings, literature appreciation, traditional cooking workshop, where we provide opportunities for attendees to speak and discuss the Japanese language and culture.
