Biographical Sketch


Larisa McOmber earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biology and is currently a graduate student researcher at Idaho State University. Her research focuses on the effects of short-fiber asbestos on the immune system, sex differences in immune responses, and the role of citrullination in the development of autoimmune diseases following asbestos exposure.
